He’ s the one you see on a day to day basis, overseeing projects and working hands-on with you and the crews to ensure your home meets his standards. He loves the process, and you may have to pry him away from your home when you move in. (Don’t try to hide from him. He’s everywhere.)	He has a heart of gold and *quite* the ornery streak. A beloved coach for many years, he definitely knows how to keep everyone on their toes. (Or step on their toes, depending on his mood.)

The calm and reliable face and voice of our office, Julie is instrumental in handling the various office duties (often including plate spinning, juggling, and lion-taming), and also works to make sure that any contact you have with our office is pleasant.	The creative force behind our signature style. She leads and guides our design process, selecting the latest color palettes and lighting to ensure that your home will have the look you want. (She also makes sure we don’t wear white shoes after Labor Day, and she won’t let us use harvest gold shag carpet. Don’t ask her. She’ll start twitching again.)
